Role Description

This full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad seeks a proactive and dynamic Field Recruiter / Team Leader. The role entails managing and coordinating recruitment efforts to onboard delivery personnel and building high-performing local teams to support operational goals. The Field Recruiter will handle sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding delivery partners, ensuring operational readiness while maintaining performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include planning and managing recruitment drives, monitoring performance, providing training, and motivating team members to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Team management and leadership skills to build and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills for managing recruitment drives and operations.
  • Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and familiarity with metrics tracking and reporting.
  • Fluency in local languages and regional knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and on-site environment with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Preferred experience in logistics or operations management, with relevant education in management, human resources, or related fields.
