Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Field Recruiter located in New Delhi. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and assessing candidates to meet the organization's recruitment needs. Key responsibilities include scheduling interviews, building a talent pipeline, collaborating with hiring managers to understand recruitment goals, and maintaining applicant tracking systems. Additional duties involve ensuring that hiring processes align with organizational standards and compliance requirements.

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates effectively
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of local talent market trends and recruitment best practices
• Ability to work on-site and coordinate efficiently with diverse teams
• Attention to detail and solid organizational skills
• Prior experience in a similar role or direct recruitment will be an advantage
