Job Description

Visit field locations, labour hubs, training centres, colleges, and job fairs to source candidates. Build relationships with local agencies, contractors, and community networks to ensure a continuous pool of talent. Use online platforms (Naukri, Indeed, social media, WhatsApp groups) to reach potential candidates. Arrange interviews (offline/online) between candidates and HR/Operations teams. Ensure candidates reach the interview location on time with all required documents. Follow up with hiring managers on feedback and update the candidate accordingly. Address candidate concerns related to job roles, salary, shift timings, or location. Escalate field-level issues to HR or Operations for timely resolution. Ensure smooth joining and minimize dropouts.
