Good knowledge about job Portal - Prepare recruitment materials and post job board/websites/jobportal etc. -Good knowledge in placement services - Good in MS office - Conduct the recruitment as per competncy criteria. - Assists with the Interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and others. - maintain accurate records and prepare reports. -Good in Negotiation skill - Good in Recruiting and staffing -Good knowledge in document verification - Good knowledge in legal ESIC & EPF -Good in communication skills.
