Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of delivery executives/partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or gig hiring, and be adept at working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging and onboarding talent directly in the field.
