Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Recruiter. The Field Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring activities, and maintaining candidate databases. The Field Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process. This position is located in Delhi, India.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
