Job Title: Area Manager – Last Mile Operations The Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing on-ground field operations, including recruitment and management of delivery riders, monitoring daily activities, ensuring smooth order execution, tracking COD collections, and coordinating salary disbursements. The role requires strong people management, operational coordination, and reporting skills to drive efficiency in last-mile delivery operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead on-ground hiring, onboarding, and training of delivery riders. Monitor daily rider attendance, order status, and location tracking. Ensure accurate collection and reconciliation of Cash on Delivery (COD). Coordinate with the accounts team for salary and incentive disbursement. Conduct daily follow-ups with riders and resolve operational challenges. Maintain and share regular operational reports via email and Excel. Ensure compliance with company policies and service-level standards. Act as the point of contact between riders and management for smooth operations.
