Education : MBA (Marketing) / MBA (Sales) Responsibilities : 1. To work, as directed by the Regional Manager & BD Manager to execute actions in Engineering projects. 2. To develop the new customer in the region and Identify partnership opportunities. 3. Research and prepare potential client lists. Conduct cold calls with a view of acquiring new clients. 4. Travel to customer sites for face -to-face meetings to gather information about their businesses and identify opportunities for solutions. 5. Analyze market trends and competitor strategies. 6. Maintain records of sales, contacts, and business development activities. 7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking meets. 8. Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients post-sale. Other Requirement : 1. Adaptability,Teamwork,Growth potential,prioritization. 2. Willing to stay near or travel own to the plant location. 3. Medically fitness mandatory 4. Work Discipline (Safety; Quality) 5. Communication on daily work management to Client SPOC person/ Project Leader 6. Bike is Mandatory for travel 7. Local Candidate is Preferable 8. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads 9. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain client trust 10. Excellent verbal and written communication.
