Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in chitrakoot and banda and Mahoba and Hamirpur for a Field Officer. The Field Officer will be responsible for engaging with merchants and SMEs in the area, assisting with the rollout and adoption of Zuvy’s services. Key responsibilities include onboarding SMEs onto the platform, providing hands-on training and support, collecting feedback, and driving consistent engagement to ensure smooth product utilization and satisfaction. The Field Officer will also act as a link between local businesses and internal teams to enhance service quality and product offerings.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills
Experience in customer support, user training, or onboarding processes
Proficiency in mobile and digital tools, familiarity with SaaS platforms is a plus
Ability to work independently in field operations and a results-driven approach
Problem-solving and resourcefulness in addressing customer needs and concerns
Fluency in regional languages and local communication styles is preferred
Proven organizational and time-management skills
Previous experience in working with SMEs or in a similar role will be an advantage
