This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive located in Chhattisgarh, India. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for Build and lead a city-level sales engine. Recruit, onboard, and manage 10+ Door-to-Door Sales Agents. You’ll drive first-round interviews, train agents (with RM support), maintain daily discipline, source candidates through local institutes, and consistently hit weekly activation and sales goals.
