Our focus on discipline, quick response, and reliability has earned us long-term relationships with reputed clients across South India.We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and client satisfaction, supported by a team of trained guards, supervisors, and field officers.Job Summary: The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing security operations across client sites in Andhra Pradesh, ensuring smooth deployment, discipline, attendance tracking, and client satisfaction. The role requires frequent travel, site inspections, and coordination with guards, supervisors, and clients. Key Responsibilities:·       Conduct daily site visits and ensure all guards are present, uniformed, and performing duties as per company SOPs. ·       Verify attendance, check posts, and report any absenteeism or irregularities. ·       Handle client communication on-site and resolve any immediate operational issues. ·       Coordinate deployment of new guards and replacement of absentee personnel. ·       Conduct surprise checks and night rounds across all assigned sites. ·       Submit daily reports and weekly summaries to the branch office. ·       Assist in training, performance evaluation, and disciplinary action of guards. ·       Collect feedback from clients and report service issues for quick resolution. ·       Support the recruitment and documentation process of guards in the region. ·       Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and client-specific protocols. Eligibility & Requirements:·       Minimum 2–3 years of experience in security or field operations (preferred). ·       Must have a two-wheeler with valid driving licence. ·       Ability to manage a team of guards and supervisors effectively. ·       Basic knowledge of Excel / WhatsApp / reporting tools. ·       Strong communication and problem-solving skills. ·       Willingness to travel extensively within Andhra Pradesh. Work Schedule: - 6 days a week  - Day and night shifts as required (rotational duty possible)
