We empower students through real-world learning and career support.



Role Overview:


We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient professional who can represent Bright Mentors in colleges across the country. You will be responsible for building partnerships with colleges, presenting our tech programs, and facilitating successful tie-ups that benefit students and institutions alike.


This is a field-intensive role requiring a blend of technical knowledge, excellent communication, and relationship-building skills.



Key Responsibilities:


• Visit colleges, universities, and technical institutions to promote Bright Mentors’ online coding programs.

• Deliver impactful presentations to college authorities, training & placement cells, and student bodies.

• Explain the technical value, career benefits, and placement support students receive through our programs.

• Build strong B2B relationships with key decision-makers (Directors, TPOs, HODs).

• Strategically onboard colleges as official Bright Mentors partners.

• Regularly report field activity, leads, and tie-up status to the internal management team.

• Gather feedback and insights from colleges to improve our offerings and partnership models.



Who You Are:


✅ A technically sound professional with a passion for education and technology

✅ A confident speaker who can engage and convince college stakeholders

✅ Comfortable with regular travel and field visits

✅ Goal-oriented with strong negotiation and presentation skills



Requirements:


• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in EdTech, training, technical sales, or B2B partnerships (preferably in college outreach).

• Strong understanding of coding/programming (you should be able to talk tech confidently).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel across regions/states as required.

• Experience working with placement/training departments is a strong plus.
