Job Description (JD): Field Marketing Executive – Packers & Movers Onboarding Company: VshiftU (Packshifts Relocation Pvt Ltd) Location: Delhi-NCR, India Position: Field Marketing Executive (B2B Sales & Onboarding) Type: Full-time 🔑 Role Summary: We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Field Marketing Executive to join the vShiftu growth team. Your primary responsibility will be to visit, pitch, and convince packers and movers companies across Bangalore to subscribe to vShiftu’s lead packages. You will play a key role in expanding our vendor network and driving revenue. 📋 Key Responsibilities: ✅ Identify and visit packers & movers companies across Bangalore (local, intercity, international movers). ✅ Explain vShiftu platform benefits, lead system, and onboarding process in person. ✅ Pitch tailored lead package solutions as per vendor size and needs. ✅ Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve monthly onboarding targets. ✅ Collect KYC documents (GST, PAN, Aadhaar, office photos, etc.) and coordinate with backend team for approval. ✅ Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM with vendor feedback and status. ✅ Conduct follow-up calls/visits to ensure smooth onboarding and package activation. ✅ Provide initial training to vendors on how to use the app/portal. 🎯 Candidate Profile: ✅ Minimum 1–3 years experience in B2B field sales, preferably in logistics, SaaS, insurance, or telecom sales. ✅ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. ✅ Willingness to travel extensively within Bangalore. ✅ Knowledge of Kannada + Hindi or English (preferred for local communication). ✅ Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about sales. ✅ Basic understanding of technology (mobile apps, CRM tools). 💼 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) preferred. Proven field sales track record.
