We connect verified moving companies with customers seeking trusted services—locally, intercity, and internationally. We’re now expanding our sales force to bring more moving companies onto our platform and fuel our rapid growth. Job Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential vendor partners (packers and movers companies). Clearly explain the benefits of joining the vShiftU platform. Convert interested vendors into active onboarded partners by closing sales. Follow up with leads, handle objections, and build long-term business relationships. Maintain call logs, CRM entries, and performance trackers. Meet weekly/monthly sales and onboarding targets. Requirements: 1+ year of telesales or outbound calling experience (preferred in B2B/SaaS/Marketplace sectors). Fluent in Hindi (mandatory), basic English communication skills. Confident, persuasive, and self-motivated with a passion for sales. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools or Excel. Ability to work independently and in a team.
