Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Female Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through Tele calling while maintaining client relationships. The role requires outbound calling, follow-ups with potential customers, and updating MIS trackers to ensure smooth business operations.

Expected Responsibilities:

l Make outbound calls to potential customers and partners from the provided leads.

l Explain various insurance products (health, life, motor, etc.) clearly and persuasively.

l Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.

l Follow up with leads, and closing the deals.

l Follow up for renewal of existing policies and get the renewals done.

l Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

l Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.

l Coordinate with the sales and underwriting teams for policy issuance and documentation.

l Handle queries or complaints professionally, maintain strong client relationships and

l escalate if required.

Expected Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecalling executive, telemarketer, or similar role preferably in Insurance sector.
• Knowledge of Life Insurance, General Insurance, and Health Insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence potential customers.
• Proficiency in maintaining reports and tracking sales performance.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with a proactive approach.
