Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating business leads, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services.
• Explain company offerings (PCD Pharma Franchise / Third-Party Manufacturing) clearly and professionally.
• Generate and follow up on business leads to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain an accurate database of customer details and interactions in CRM or Excel.
• Handle inquiries, resolve client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
• Provide daily and weekly call reports to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English).
• Strong convincing ability and a positive attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, internet browsing).
• Prior experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or customer support (pharma industry experience preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Education

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome).

Salary

• ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience) + Performance Incentives.

Schedule

• Day shift (Monday to Saturday)
