Telemarketing Representative

Ambreyo Lifesciences is a rapidly expanding pharmaceutical company dedicated to the production of superior formulations. We offer comprehensive third-party/contract manufacturing services and PCD (Propaganda-cum-Distribution) pharma franchise opportunities throughout India.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
• Identify and onboard new clients for third-party manufacturing and PCD franchise.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development
• Generate leads through calls and emails.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts.
• Operations Coordination
• Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor regulatory documentation (drug licenses, GST, agreements).
• Market Analysis
• Track competitor activities and market trends.
• Provide feedback to management for new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, PCD, or third-party manufacturing sales.
• Strong understanding of pharma regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
