Job Description: You will be joining JVP Foods, a home-grown Indian snacking brand that was founded in 2019 and is proudly led by women. Our company specializes in crafting nutritious and preservative-free snacks such as Khakhra, Chips, and Namkeen using authentic recipes and high-quality ingredients. Each product we create embodies our core values of purity, empowerment, and consistency. As a Telemarketing Representative at our Nadiad location, you will be taking on a full-time, on-site position. Your primary responsibility will revolve around reaching out to potential and existing customers in order to promote the diverse range of JVP Foods" offerings. Your daily tasks will involve making outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing detailed information about our products, and efficiently processing orders. Moreover, you will play a crucial role in collecting valuable customer feedback and actively contributing to our overarching sales strategy. To excel in this role, you should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, along with exceptional Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities. Previous Sales experience coupled with a proactive mindset will be advantageous in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively. The role demands both the capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.
