Telemarketing Representative

As a Telemarketing Representative at Infonics Technologies in Noida, you will play a vital role in engaging with potential and existing clients through outbound calls to promote our LED display products and services. Your responsibilities will include generating leads, scheduling appointments, providing accurate product information, addressing customer inquiries professionally, and maintaining records of customer interactions. To excel in this role, you should possess strong customer service, phone etiquette, and customer support skills. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is essential along with prior sales experience. Working collaboratively in a team environment and having knowledge of LED display products will be advantageous. A minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing or sales roles is required. This is a full-time in-office position located at Sector-88, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. You will be expected to work 6 days a week with a salary range of 15,000-20,000 along with benefits like PF. Please note that the initial 2 weeks will be dedicated to training to ensure you are well-equipped for the role.,
