Telemarketing Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Telemarketer to join our sales and marketing team. The Telemarketer will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, introducing our range of agro-food plants and machinery, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Generate interest, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Explain product features, benefits, and specifications in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate information.
• Follow up on inquiries received via website, exhibitions, and other channels.
• Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide basic product information.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and lead targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and reporting.
• Collect market feedback and share insights with management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline (preferred in Marketing / Business Administration).
• Prior experience as a Telemarketer, Telesales Executive, or Customer Service Representative (B2B preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi and English; additional regional languages a plus).
• Basic understanding of industrial/agro-food machinery (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
