Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Field Executive role based in Raipur. The Field Executive will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing field operations, and ensuring efficient service delivery. Key duties will include maintaining client relationships, troubleshooting field-level issues, monitoring projects, and keeping records of activities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and fulfilling specific field operational goals will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Experience in operational tasks, field coordination, and client engagement.
Organizational, problem-solving, and data analysis skills to ensure efficient operations.
Knowledge of IT, mobile technology, or telecom sectors is highly advantageous.
Proficiency in using software tools for reporting, tracking, and coordination.
Ability to work independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
A bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
Prior field experience or experience in similar industries will be an added advantage.
