Role Overview:

Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and recruit potential service partners in assigned areas.
• Conduct field visits to onboard new partners and assist with documentation & app setup.
• Train partners on Doorush’s service standards, app usage, and operational procedures.
• Ensure partner satisfaction and retention by maintaining regular communication.
• Resolve partner-related issues and escalate concerns when needed.
• Collect and verify necessary partner documents (ID proofs, address verification, etc.).
• Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support partner engagement and expansion plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education:

   Minimum 12th Pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

• Experience:

   0–2 years in field operations, sales, or partner/vendor management (freshers with good communication skills are welcome).

• Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to convince and onboard partners effectively.
• Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge.
• Good problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.

• Other Requirements:

• Two-wheeler and valid driving license.

• Comfortable working in field and traveling within assigned areas.
