Job Title: Field Executive – Partner Onboarding & Management Location: Chennai (Field-based role) About Doorush: Doorush is a fast-growing platform that connects households with trusted maids, cooks, and home service providers — all delivered within 10 minutes! With rapid expansion plans and 10,000+ downloads in our first week, we’re building a strong network of partners to provide top-notch service to our customers. Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated Field Executive to handle partner onboarding, training, and relationship management . You will be responsible for recruiting service providers (maids, cooks, and other home service professionals), guiding them through onboarding, and ensuring they meet Doorush’s quality standards. This is a field-intensive role requiring excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building strong relationships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and recruit potential service partners in assigned areas. Conduct field visits to onboard new partners and assist with documentation & app setup. Train partners on Doorush’s service standards, app usage, and operational procedures. Ensure partner satisfaction and retention by maintaining regular communication. Resolve partner-related issues and escalate concerns when needed. Collect and verify necessary partner documents (ID proofs, address verification, etc.). Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to company guidelines. Collaborate with internal teams to support partner engagement and expansion plans. Qualifications & Skills: Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Bachelor’s degree preferred). Experience: 0–2 years in field operations, sales, or partner/vendor management (freshers with good communication skills are welcome). Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to convince and onboard partners effectively. Basic smartphone and app usage knowledge. Good problem-solving skills and proactive attitude. Other Requirements: Two-wheeler and valid driving license. Comfortable working in field and traveling within assigned areas.
