About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and committed Field Assistants to support teachers in effectively using our educational application across government schools. The role involves regular school visits, training teachers, providing on-ground support, collecting feedback, and ensuring smooth adoption of the application. This is a field-intensive position requiring strong interpersonal skills, comfort with technology, and a passion for improving education delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned government schools on a regular basis to train and guide teachers on using the application.
• Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrations, and follow-up visits to ensure teachers are confident in application usage.
• Provide continuous support and troubleshoot challenges faced by teachers.
• Coordinate with school authorities and project team to ensure smooth implementation.
• Collect feedback from teachers and report insights to the central team for improvements.
• Document visits, training sessions, and feedback systematically using Google Sheets and Google Docs.
• Participate in virtual review meetings through Google Meet and share progress updates.
• Ensure timely communication, reporting, and follow-ups to achieve program targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or any relevant field (preferred).
• Prior experience in training, fieldwork, or community engagement (education sector experience is a plus).
• Strong skills in using digital tools (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Meet).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively to schools.
• Must have: own laptop, two-wheeler, and reliable internet connection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
