Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement
Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
aligned with student assessments and unique learning needs
Adapt teaching strategies and resources to support students with varied abilities
Conduct
ongoing assessments
and track progress to inform instruction
Provide one-on-one or small group support in a
virtual learning environment
Collaborate with general educators, therapists, and parents to ensure a
cohesive support system
Maintain accurate records and reports in line with educational standards
Foster a
positive, inclusive, and engaging
online classroom atmosphere

Qualifications

Proven experience in
special education
, IEP development, and adaptive teaching methods
Strong understanding of
assessment tools
, progress monitoring, and intervention techniques
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote setting
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
in Special Education or related field
Relevant
certifications/licensure
in Special Education (preferred but not mandatory)
