Role Description XRE Consultants is seeking a full-time Field Executive - Corporate Services to join our team in Gurugram. As a Field Executive - Corporate Services, you will play a crucial role in carrying out property surveys and inspections, preparing reports and valuations, and ensuring that property valuation is completed accurately to support our real estate advisory services. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential market opportunities and presenting them to clients. Qualifications Exposure in Real Estate Advisory Services – Corporate Space Search in the relevant market, collecting data, feeding data in the required software / excel sheet, making corporate proposals, site inspections and site visits along with the seniors. Cold calling and stacking of corporate building for Delhi Market Provides transactional support to the Transaction Management team Participate in various real estate transactions including lease negotiation and administration Bachelor's degree with minimum relevant experience of 1-3 years in the required field Good knowledge of Delhi Corporate market and excellent data analysis and interpretation skills. Good communication skills, as well as a people-oriented approach to new and existing clients, stakeholders, and team members. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
