Role Description XRE Consultants is seeking a full-time Field Executive / Sr. Executive - Retail Leasing to join our team in Gurugram. As a Field Executive - Retail Leasing , you will play a crucial role in carrying out property surveys and inspections across Delhi NCR, preparing reports and supporting our retail vertical services. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying potential retail market opportunities and presenting them to clients. Qualifications Exposure in Retail Leasing Services – in the relevant market, collecting data, feeding data in the required software / excel sheet, making market proposals, site inspections and site visits along with the seniors. Cold calling and stacking of the Hi-Street market & Market mapping is also required to be done across Delhi NCR. Provides transactional support to the Transaction Management team Minimum relevant experience of 2-3 years in the similar field is a must. Good knowledge of markets and excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
