Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head - Commercial Real Estate Leasing at XRE Consultants, located in Gurugram. The Head will be responsible for managing day-to-day commercial real estate leasing activities, overseeing property management, coordinating facility management, and ensuring successful leasing transactions.

Qualifications

• Finance, Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate skills
• Experience in Property Lease Management
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing practices
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
• Experience with lease agreements and legal aspects of leasing
