Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President - Commercial Real Estate Leasing at XRE Consultants, located in Gurugram. The Head will be responsible for managing day-to-day commercial real estate leasing activities, overseeing property management, coordinating facility management, and ensuring successful leasing transactions.

Qualifications

• Commercial Real Estate, and Real Estate skills
• Experience in Commercial property leasing
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate leasing
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Master's / Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing
• Self Motivated
• Excellent Communications and Interpersonal Skills
• Proposal drafting
• Site Inspections
• Client interactions

• Due Diligence and paper work

Qualifications

Should be Graduate. MBA's preferred
