Job Summary:

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer (Field only) to provide technical assistance for computer systems, hardware, software, and networks. This role involves troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and end-user support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve hardware and network-related issues.
• Installation & Configuration: Set up, configure, and maintain desktop computers, software applications, and peripheral devices.
• Laptop Service : Handle Laptop Issues and Troubleshooting
• Printer Support: Handle Printer Support and Service
• CCTV Support: Handle installation and maintenance of CCTV systems.
• Network Support: Perform firewall configurations and ensure network security.
• User Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide effective technical support.
• Upgrades: Carry out system and software upgrades, and recommend suitable hardware/software enhancements.
• Documentation: Record and track incidents, problems, and their resolutions.
• Training: Educate end-users on new software tools and IT policies.
• Communication: Provide timely updates on progress, especially for complex troubleshooting tasks.
• Follow-up: Ensure resolved issues remain fixed through follow-up checks.

Requirements:

• Any degree with relevant experience in the IT support field
• Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
