1. Hardware and Software Support:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.Ensure proper functioning of hardware components and resolve hardware-related issues.Install and maintain software applications on desktop systems.2. Operating System Management:Perform OS installations and upgrades on desktop machines.Troubleshoot and resolve OS-related issues.3. Printer Support:Diagnose and resolve printer problems, including configuration and maintenance.Provide support for networked and local printers.4. Customer Service:Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing user issues promptly and professionally.Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.5. Onsite and Remote Support:Provide onsite support to end-users as needed.Offer remote assistance using appropriate tools.6. Documentation:Maintain accurate records of all support activities, including troubleshooting steps and resolutions.Document system configurations and changes.7. Collaboration:Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex issues.Participate in team meetings and contribute to knowledge-sharing.8. Security and Compliance:Implement and follow security policies to ensure desktop and laptop security.Assist in compliance with IT security best practices.
