Job Overview:

Field Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit villages regularly as per the assigned route plan.
• Meet and interact with

  sarpanches, elderly people, and villagers

  to gather information about local health issues and challenges.
• Collect, document, and maintain

  accurate data

  on the health conditions and needs of the villagers.
• Identify and report gaps in healthcare services at the village level.
• Coordinate with the NGO/organization’s medical team to plan and conduct

  free health check-up camps

  in villages.
• Mobilize villagers to participate in health awareness and check-up camps.
• Prepare and submit field visit reports on a regular basis.
• Act as a

  link between villagers and the organization

  , ensuring smooth communication and trust-building.
• Support in creating awareness about preventive healthcare practices within the community.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in

  Social Work, Public Health, Rural Development, or related field

  (preferred).
• Prior experience in

  community engagement, fieldwork, or health sector projects

  will be an advantage.
• Strong

  communication and interpersonal skills

  to engage with rural communities.
• Ability to

  travel extensively

  across villages.
• Basic knowledge of

  MS Office/Excel

  for data entry and reporting.
• Passion for

  social service, rural development, and community health.
