Field Coordinator

Job Title: Field Coordinator – Education

Location: Field-based (Meerut , Moradabad, Bulandshahr
Employment Type: Contractual (_2 wheeler is mandatory _)

Job Summary:

The Field Coordinator will be responsible for on-ground implementation of education and skill development programs. The role involves coordination with schools, training centers, students, trainers, and local stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of project activities and achievement of targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor education/training programs at assigned field locations
• Liaise with schools, colleges, training centers, and local authorities
• Mobilize students for education and skill development programs
• Ensure attendance, documentation, and reporting as per project guidelines
• Support trainers during training delivery and assessments
• Conduct field visits and monitor center activities regularly
• Collect and submit MIS data, reports, and photographs on time
• Address student and center-level issues and escalate when required
• Support audits, inspections, and project reviews

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any discipline (Education preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in education, skill development, or social sector (Freshers may apply)
• Knowledge of education/skill development programs (NSDC, government schemes preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
• Good communication and coordination skills

Skills Required:

• Strong field coordination and stakeholder management
• Problem-solving and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in the field
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Local language proficiency preferred

Additional Requirements:

• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred)
• Smartphone with internet connectivity
