The role involves visiting campuses, building strong institutional relationships, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end recruitment process — from talent identification to onboarding. Roles and Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand and forecast recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with campus recruitment strategies. Plan and execute full-cycle campus recruitment events, including career fairs, networking sessions, and campus interviews. Build and maintain strong relationships with university career centers, faculty, and student organizations to strengthen employer branding. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract talent from ITIs, Polytechnics, and Skill Centers. Screen candidate applications and conduct initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation. Assist in onboarding new campus hires, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campus recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify key educational institutions and programs aligned with the organization's talent requirements. Foster partnerships with institutions to create internship and employment opportunities. Coordinate campus visits and manage all event logistics, including scheduling, travel, and venue arrangements. Track and analyse recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring efforts and suggest improvements. Create and deliver engaging presentations to promote the organization's brand among students. Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional materials and campaigns targeting the student community. Required Qualifications: Minimum qualification: 12th pass with good communication skills. Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on campus or early-career hiring. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain institutional relationships. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple recruitment events. Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing hiring needs. Willingness to travel frequently to represent the organisation at campus recruitment drives and events.
