Role Overview

Fresh minds with fearless hustle. Responsible for visiting industrial and corporate clients, promoting staffing services, and bringing in new business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits to identify and onboard new clients for staffing services
• Build and maintain strong relations with HR Managers and Business Owners
• Explain our service offerings and pricing models confidently
• Generate leads through cold calls, visits, and networking
• Coordinate with internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Achieve monthly business acquisition targets
• Prepare visit reports and maintain proper follow-up records
