Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic and driven Field Business Development Executives to expand the customer base and drive new business opportunities for our client's interior design services. The role involves active field sales, client meetings, lead generation, and supporting the sales funnel from prospecting to closure.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, visit, and engage prospective clients (homeowners, builders, architects, real estate agencies, etc.) across Chennai.
• Generate qualified leads through field visits, market mapping, referrals, and local promotions.
• Present company offerings, design solutions, and service capabilities to potential customers.
• Coordinate with the design and sales teams to schedule site visits, meetings, and proposal sharing.
• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, leads, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, apartment associations, and local networks to create consistent lead flow.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
• Provide market insights on customer needs, competition, and emerging opportunities.

Eligibility

• Graduate (any discipline).
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales—preferably in interior design, real estate, furniture, or home improvement sectors.
• Must own a 2-wheeler with valid licence.
