Field Application Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 02 TO 06 YEARS

Location: Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and commissioning of Compression (Press) range of machines at customer sites.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis of Compression (Press) machines to ensure minimum downtime.
• Responsible for servicing and maintenance of machines as per standard guidelines.
• Manage and drive business revenue for spare parts and change parts.
• Attend IFAT and CFAT of Tablet Press machines and ensure successful completion as per customer requirements.
• Handle service complaints in person or through online support and maintain a proper complaint register with closure status.
• Provide timely technical support and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Frequent travel across India and internationally for service assignments.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical components and machine operations.
• Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial machinery (Compression (Press)).
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with good communication and reporting ability.
• Ability to work independently with frequent travel.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel PAN India and overseas on short notice.
• Ability to work in customer-site environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
