Field Application Engineer

ICT Global is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Field Application Engineer (FAE) to support our growing operations in India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in embedded systems, strong proficiency in C programming, and a background in biometric identity or fingerprint technology. This role involves close interaction with customers for technical support, product integration, and solution development. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers for integration and application of biometric identity and fingerprint solutions. Assist in product demonstrations, testing, and troubleshooting at customer sites. Collaborate with internal teams on feedback, technical reports, and solution enhancements. Conduct technical training sessions for customers and partners. Work with sales and product management teams to support pre-sales and post-sales activities. Required Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a Field Application Engineer or in a similar technical support role. Proficient in C programming language. Hands-on experience with embedded platforms such as Renesas and STMicroelectronics (ST). Strong background in the biometric identity and fingerprint industry. Good verbal and written communication skills to interface with customers effectively. Willingness to travel across India for customer support and project deployment. Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have): Knowledge of Java programming language. Experience in application development on Windows and Android platforms. Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings. Familiarity with data analysis tools and other related development/debugging tools. Why Join Us?
