Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for IT requirements (Contract & Permanent).
Source candidates using
Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, and referrals
.
Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
Coordinate
interviews, feedback, and offer management
.
Collaborate with
clients and internal teams
to close positions within defined SLAs.
Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and dashboards.
For
Lead Recruiter / Account Manager
roles: manage delivery and mentor team members.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years
of hands-on experience in
Domestic IT Recruitment
(from a staffing/consulting firm).
Experience in
C2H and permanent IT hiring
.
Strong understanding of
IT skillsets
(Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, SAP, DevOps, etc.).
Excellent sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
Good communication and client interaction capabilities.
Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
