Expertise in recruitment i.e. sourcing, screening, interview scheduling. ? Experience in the complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing - validating resumes, preliminary interviews, salary negotiations, rolling out offers. ? Sourcing Expert in multiple Job portals and other social media as well ? Convincing candidates to take up the opportunity Salary Negotiations Follow ups with the candidate and the Delivery team till the Joining date. ? Screening and Scrutinizing the Resumes Accordingly
