As an HR Recruiter Intern at our company, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to building an exceptional workforce and creating a dynamic work culture. Your main responsibilities will include: - Assisting in sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking. - Supporting the recruitment team in conducting initial screenings and shortlisting candidates. - Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. - Maintaining and updating candidate databases and job postings. - Assisting with preparing and sending offer letters, and other documentation related to recruitment. - Helping in organizing recruitment drives, job fairs, and other hiring events. - Supporting various administrative tasks related to HR and recruitment. To be eligible for this role, you should be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a BBA or MBA. Fresh pass-out candidates are also welcome to apply. Additionally, you should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, a keen interest in human resources and recruitment, ability to multitask, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, familiarity with MS Office, and the ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all dealings.
