HR Executive (Recruitment)

You will be joining our recruitment team in the banking sector as a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter (Female). Your main responsibility will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates for various roles within the bank. Collaboration with department heads to understand hiring needs, conducting interviews, preparing job descriptions, and managing recruitment campaigns are key duties. To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the banking industry, and experience in talent acquisition. Your key responsibilities will include sourcing and attracting top talent for banking positions, screening and interviewing candidates to assess qualifications and fit, collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, managing job postings and recruitment platforms, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience in HR recruitment, preferably within the banking sector, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
