Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems across all departments.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention processes.
Handle employee relations, attendance, discipline, and grievance management.
Create and monitor performance management systems and reward structures.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements.
Partner with management to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Prepare and maintain HR reports, MIS, and documentation.
Drive company culture initiatives and workforce planning.

Requirements:

Graduate / Post Graduate in HR or related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or large-scale organisations.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and employee management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
