Female HR Manager

As an HR professional at our organization, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes posting job openings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process. Your role will also involve handling joining formalities for new employees, ensuring the timely issuance of offer letters, contracts, and other necessary documents. Additionally, you will oversee exit processes by conducting exit interviews and ensuring a smooth separation from the organization. Furthermore, you will be involved in HR operations, including the implementation of attendance management systems (AMS). Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process - Coordinate joining formalities for new employees - Handle exit processes and conduct exit interviews - Oversee HR operations, including AMS implementation Qualifications Required: - 1-3 years of experience in an HR role - MBA/PGDM degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations preferred - Strong understanding of ATS software applications like AMS - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will enjoy benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, internet reimbursement, and leave encashment.
