  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills.
  • Adhere to quality, productivity, and compliance parameters.
  • Support process improvement and provide real-time feedback.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 2–3 years of customer service experience with

    calling background

    (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in

    roster-based roles

    (rotational shifts/week-offs).
  • Prior experience in banking/financial services preferred (not mandatory).
