About the Role

We are seeking a Female Client Success Analyst (Excel Specialist) with strong Advanced Excel expertise to join our growing team. You will collaborate with B2B clients and internal teams, building relationships, delivering impactful insights, and ensuring strategies are executed effectively. This role offers an excellent platform to grow into senior positions in Client Success, Analytics, or Business Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a dedicated point of contact for assigned B2B clients (business owners), ensuring strong relationships and engagement.
• Conduct regular review calls with clients to track strategy execution and progress.
• Identify and resolve execution gaps and ensure timely delivery of results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth communication.
• Build advanced Excel reports, dashboards, and data models (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting, macros preferred).
• Prepare professional business presentations using PowerPoint.
• Support the Customer Success Manager in improving client satisfaction and retention.
• Take ownership of client updates, follow-ups, and query resolution.
• Adapt to evolving client requirements in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates (Business / Commerce / Analytics backgrounds preferred).
• Advanced Excel expertise is mandatory (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, data analysis).
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for professional presentations.
• Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and client-focused mindset.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
