F&B Trainer

Location: Anjeer, Gurgaon

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Food and Beverage Trainer to lead the training and development of our restaurant staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving service quality, enhancing food and beverage knowledge, and ensuring our team consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct structured training sessions for new and existing staff on service techniques, hospitality etiquette, and menu knowledge.
• Train staff on hygiene, safety protocols, and handling customer feedback.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance during operations and provide constructive feedback.
• Work with management to create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and training manuals.
• Identify training needs and recommend improvements for continuous staff development.
• Ensure all team members understand and follow the restaurant’s service standards and values.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in hospitality training or restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
• Ability to train in a hands-on, practical environment.
• Passion for hospitality and staff development.
