Influencer Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Influencer Marketing Assistant to join our remote marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators on TikTok and Instagram. Your work will directly contribute to our user growth and brand visibility in key markets globally.

Responsibilities:

• Research and identify high-potential influencers within our target business niches.
• Conduct personalized outreach to influencers via DMs and email.
• Manage the entire influencer lifecycle: initial outreach, negotiation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Negotiate partnerships that are cost-effective and deliver high value.
• Coordinate with influencers to ensure campaign deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as views, installs, and CPI.
• Maintain and update our influencer database with precision and care.
• Build authentic, long-term relationships with creators.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze campaign performance and optimize our strategy.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and influencer landscape, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• A creative and strategic thinker with a passion for digital trends.
