Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an F&B Production Manager in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage production, with excellent management skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Oversee daily food and beverage production operations to ensure high-quality products.
Develop and implement menus catering to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
Manage inventory of ingredients, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and presentation standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage production within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and inventory management.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills, analyzing issues and implementing effective solutions.
