F&B Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across all bakery outlets to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and mentor outlet managers, kitchen staff, and front-of-house teams.
• Oversee baking schedules, inventory, and raw material procurement with minimal wastage.
• Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and central teams for timely production and service.
• Monitor and improve outlet performance through regular audits and P&L reviews.
• Maintain FSSAI and hygiene compliance across all outlets.
• Handle customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.
• Develop and implement SOPs for operations, kitchen prep, and service.
• Support new outlet launches and expansion plans.

Candidate Requirements

• 4–6 years

  of hands-on experience in bakery/café/QSR/cloud kitchen operations.
• Prior experience managing

  bakery prep and production workflows

  is essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Experience handling P&L, cost control, and vendor management.
• Willingness to travel between outlets and be on-ground regularly.
• Calm, problem-solving mindset with a bias for action.
• Background in

  hotels or fine dining

  is

  not preferred

  for this role.
